Terms of Service

Last updated 15 September 2026

These terms cover your use of this website. Please read them before booking an appointment or sending a message.

If this is an emergency

This website is not monitored continuously and must never be used to seek help in a crisis.

If you are in immediate danger or thinking about harming yourself, call 911, or call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline in the United States. If you are outside the United States, contact your local emergency number.

The website is not therapy

The information on this site — including articles, frequently asked questions and service descriptions — is general educational content. It is not clinical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.

Reading this site, sending a message through it, or booking an appointment does not by itself create a therapist–client relationship. That relationship begins only once care has been formally agreed and the practice's intake paperwork is complete.

Booking appointments

Times shown on the booking page reflect current availability and a slot is reserved when you submit the form. You will receive a confirmation email containing a private link for rescheduling or cancelling.

Please give as much notice as you reasonably can when cancelling, so the time can be offered to someone else. Fees, late cancellation and missed-appointment policies are agreed directly with the practice and are not set by this website.

Booking a first appointment is not a guarantee that the practice is the right fit. If another service would serve you better, a referral will be offered.

Accurate information

Please use accurate contact details when completing a form. Confirmations, changes and reminders are sent to the address you provide, and the practice cannot be responsible for messages that fail to reach an incorrect address.

Do not use the forms on this site to send sensitive clinical detail. Email is not a secure channel — share only what is needed to arrange an appointment.

Online sessions

Sessions held online use a third-party video service, and a meeting link is provided with your confirmation. You are responsible for joining from a private space with a connection you trust.

The practice cannot control the reliability of that service or of your own internet connection. If a session is interrupted for technical reasons, an alternative arrangement will be made.

Content on this site

The text, images and design of this site belong to the practice and may not be reproduced or republished without permission. You are welcome to link to any page.

Where the site links to another organisation, that link is offered for convenience and is not an endorsement of its content.

Availability

The site is provided as it is. Every reasonable effort is made to keep it accurate and available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed, and content may be updated or removed at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

Changes

If these terms change, the revised version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
